Information We Collect

Circle Global Recruitment is committed to providing professional recruitment support services. This

policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

Eligibility: Refund requests may be considered when a duplicate payment was made, a payment

error occurred, or a purchased service has not yet begun. Requests should be submitted within 7

calendar days with proof of payment.

Non-refundable services: Once a CV review, CV rewrite, CV redesign, interview preparation,

consultation, or other personalized service has started or been completed, fees are generally

non-refundable except where required by law.

Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.
